Digital Certificates not seen.

I have digital certificates for entering our health centre, tax office and other official websites. They are both valid and work in other browsers. When I try to enter the same sites with Opera 57 on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit the usual pop-up displaying the certificates does not appear and the site displays an error telling me that a certificate cannot be found. How can I tell Opera where to look? Pop-ups are allowed and cookies are enabled.

Click on the padlock icon in the address bar, from there you can get to the Certificates dialog.

Thank you. The information there indicated it is Bitdefender interfering with the site with its own certificate. Switching off Bitdefender encrypted web scans fixed the problem. Unfortunately adding my site to exceptions and restarting the encrypted web scans should have fixed the problem but didn't. Bitdefender support are trying to ascertain why.
