Where is the vpn on the 57.0.3098.91 version

Hi guys, Im trying to test this VPN feature. I go to settings - Privacy and security but I don't see any VPN option.

I downloaded the version 57.0.3098.91 which is the one that came automatically when I went on to the website. Should I have downloaded another one?
