Is there a way to get bookmark folders to automatically expand/collapse as I scroll down and highlight them?

This feature is available in Firefox 56, old Operas (10.10, 12.12) and current Chrome. In the old Opera, I had 40-60 folders, and not having to click on each one of them to see the bookmarks inside of them saved tons of time.
