Disable all of your extensions in
opera://extensions
to see if that solves it. If so, it's got to be one of your extensions. Also see this thread just in case that's what you're running into. -

Also your programs (especially antivirus) may affect Opera's performances. Try to disable or uninstall the programs.

After the last update to 57, Opera suddenly gets much more ram. I do not know what they did. It remains to sit on version 56.

Thanks for all for answers.
But, is there possibility that OPERA DEVELOPERS will read these posts and will give any smart answer?
Its really shit situation i do not want to be money-free beta-tester instead of DEVELOPERS and do its work sitting witout any official OPERA information.

Will wait for OPERA DEVELOPERS with these answers.

as a solution return to the older version 56 till they find a way to solve this problem. a simple google search might guide you through turning off autoupdate and deleting recent updates

Hi everybody.
I upgraded RAM to 4 GB, inserteded more fast SSD and provided maximal OPERA run disabled all visual effects.
OPERA now will run faster, but problems with web-pages and pictures downloads remains.
What else can we do to tune OPERA to run faster and more economocally?
