HTTP Web Apps on the new version 49...

With version 49, that seems to have come out today, how do I run Web Apps on the intranet? I specifically need to know the flag to allow a Web App to work on 192.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x over HTTP.

"Chromium 70" does not allow Web Apps to work on HTTP that use the AppCache (off line) feature. There are (or should be) flags to allow this to work.Please advise how to use Opera to run Web Apps on HTTP.

We've confirmed the problem and will look into it. However, this seems to be broken for a long time.
