"Default" additions to Speed Dial?

Hi all!

How do items get added to Speed Dial by default?

I was just wondering how this "World of Warships" https://worldofwarships.eu/ came to be added to my Speed Dial. Since this happened without any intervention on my part, it is almost uncanny, given that battleships was one of the very main things for me when I first got acquainted with the Internet in the mid 90:s -- how could Opera know?

It is what I got when I was using it. Four or five speed dials automatically came in and that was one of them. Standard fare.
