Opera 57.0.3098.76 crashes when trying to use Preferences

I just tried Opera 57.0.3098.76, which crashes instantly if I try to open Preferences. Also, scrolling is very jerky. The bookmarking still does not work. The dropdown from the heart symbol is still blank. These new versions (since v. 54) are just getting worse. Have the developers given up on fixing bugs?

No crashes here when opening the settings page.

Scrolling seems normal as well as bookmarking.
