Passwords not saving

Opera has suddenly stopped saving/updating password details. It does offer to update a changed password but doesn't actually change it. No offer to save is made with a new site/password. Running latest version, 57, problem also occurred with previous one. Any ideas? Was working OK and I have made no changes in settings.

If you want to check, in the original profile rename the file Login Data and see if anything changes.

Works OK with Login Data renamed.

So most probably the file was corrupted.
