Problems with clicking finish on a web form

Hi there everyone, I wonder if someone has seen a similar issue as me. I swapped browser yesterday to Opera and I like it. However today I was in the middle of a setting up a new bank account and half way through that process I was unable to continue, Tried to click finish on a web form and it did nothing. tried again and same. then switched to Firefox and it went straight though.
I do have ad blocker enabled, so not sure if that can cause these kind of things. does anyone know? Not sure how I can troubleshoot that and not sure if I would need to report an issue from the menu. I was after all in the process of setting up a new bank account.
