Did a standalone installation of Opera, also have chrome installed as default browser. The only extensions I have in Opera are for a video downloader and Operas own adblocker. For some reason in content settings/notifications, ask before sending is checked but below this in the ALLOW settings is https://docs.google.com with embedded written beneath also https://drive.google.com. When I click on the box to the right of these words a popup says "This Setting Is Enforced By An Extension". I cannot remove these . Whats happening, is this normal , should I uninstal ? Sorry that I cannot upload image.

It has been mentioned before. It is normal, yes. If you don't use Google Docs or Drive they won't send you anything; the notifications are for if you have something there that is accessible by more than one person and one of the other people edits or updates it.

Thanks for the quick response, as a person who gets concerned about things it would be better if Opera made it more clear in the popup. When you read "This setting is enforced by an extension" people will naturally go to their Opera extension folder. You have said its "normal" but why is it mandatory for users to allow it, rather than give them a choice ?

Sorry, I'm not a developer and have no inside information at this point. It does seem strange to me, but as I don't use either site it's just a curiosity and nothing more.
