Having a greenscreen on fullscreen.

When I'm watching a video I press fullscreen the screen goes green and the video plays really small in the left top corner.

@osblins I have tried it on my end, its working fine. could you please share further detail to investigate more on this?
Which device are you using?
Which mode are you using desktop mode or mobile mode?
Is this problem recently started or was it like this ever?
