No option to add trusted sites under advanced security, not an FAQ!

I do not have an item under security in advanced settings to allow adding trusted sites. I need to get this right away so my credit card company can scan my computer for security compliance. I am a power user and have been for 20 years and have read the FAQ's so don't go there!

There isn't such option.
