Opera keep asking me "Save As"

I know it's a rule for .exe files. I tried changing it on flags but it still asks me where to save downloads. I'm getting REALLY frustrated about this.
I'm really missing Chrome when it was really a light browser.

Executable files will always trigger the download dialog as far as I know.
