Is Opera Touch a primary browser or adjunct to Opera Mobile?

Sounds dumb, but I guess I'm asking what Touch is. I read about the features, but to me, something is missing in the blurbs. I've used Opera desktop & mobile for years. I'm geared to those apps, but open to change. Installed Touch on my new phone, assuming it's an alternative browser to Opera Mobile or Mini (love Mini ) Then I saw something about Opera Mobile having a new "Block cookie dialog" option. It's not there in the Touch Settings. Started wondering if Touch is more a specialty app to be used alongside Mobile or Mini. Maybe I'm just not getting the concept-- Ex, I don't see a way to make bookmarks. Are they passé? Guess I haven't been paying enough attention...

@aimzz I'm new to Opera on mobile. I installed Touch on my new Android phone (junked Windows Mobile a couple of days ago). I was wondering about the cookie blocker too. Is it going to be added to Touch. And if I have Touch do I also need the main Opera?
