extension address installed from chrome/ new tab

Is there a way to get an URL of an extension?

I have an chrome extension installed, which I've been using in other browser(firefox) , and It's also has a version for chrome, so I tried to installed in opera (with the "chrome extensions installer").
And it's working, although only by clicking the "options" from toolbar icon,
it opens the settings panel with new tab loaded in background.

But the usage as a "new tab" is not working, it still opens default opera speed dial ( would be okay, but it's missing list view ).

With the url address I could just set it as new tab ( with another extension..;) )

I can find the ID of extensions by going to the Extension manager and clicking on the Developer Mode button, but I'm uncertain what the rest of the URL would be..

I've seen the ID there also. About the url I've found by accident, when clicking on a tab there's a "copy page address", so you can get the URL even if it is an addon.
