Sync Issue

Iam having an issue after reseting my OS and reinstalling Opera as my browser. I tried to log into my sync and everything seemed to work but nothing actually synced. If I open the main panel it says "signing in" . Anyone know what to do?
Windows 10 , Opera version: 56.0.3051.99

Its working as it is supposed to now. Dont know what the problem was and how it solved itself but Iam glad.
