How do I stop forced video on page?

If a video is on a page, and I scroll past it, a smaller video window launches, which covers the text I'm trying to read. I'm forced to manually terminate it. Is there a way to prevent this 'forced video' from launching?

@edbj i dunno if Use 'n this Opera flag will help..
Disabling autoplaying videos in Opera by use 'n Autoplay Policy flag..
1 Visit opera://flags/#autoplay-policy
2 Select ‘Document user activation is required’.
3 Restart the Opera browser to apply the autoplay policy.
Note that this won't block autoplaying media completely, as media starts to play as soon as you interact with the page. It helps with opening pages in the background that play audio or video content..

@nvmjustagirl Thanks. I don't think it's an autoplay issue. I already have autoplay disabled.

Maybe you should try out this extension Disable HTML5 autoplay, it worked for me. It stopped the video autoplay altogether and I don't remember that video popup happening since I started using it.
