Migrating personal news feeds?

Google search seems to indicate it's not possible. I failed to check that there is no opml export, and naively assumed they'd be saved through sync. Now Im migrating PCs and it turns out I've amassed a large feed list - one that I can't even copy/paste apparently.
I'm still hoping against hope that there's somewhere a magic folder / other hidden place / life-saving addon I failed to discover, that can somehow help me back my feeds up, before I resort to pen and paper. Thanks in advance.
