Problem with Private Window

Hi all,
I have a problem with the Incognito mode when typing a web pages - it still continue to suggest web pages from bookmarks. I've double checked the settings and everything is turned off - Instant search, Predictive service and so on. The only "active" settings are:
Send a "do not track" request with your browsing traffic
Protect me from malicious sites
Delay loading of background tabs
Scroll to the top of the page by clicking the active tab

Why it is happening?

Nothing, this is how it works. You can't disable bookmarks and history suggestions.

There have been some requests on it.
