Disable top spacing doesn't work

Hi, I have this feature turned on. Today, however, I have a small space (it's just a few pixels but I do not mind). How to make the tabs and buttons (minimizing, closing) snap straight to the top edge and not in the window?

Seems to be working here on Opera developer 58, so I guess the fix should get stable channel at some point.

After a few Opera turn's off and on it's working.
