"Block ads" doesn't block ads from yandex.ru

I wonder why "Block ads" doesn't block ads from yandex.ru? The icon is greyed out as if "Block ads" is disabled. Turning it on doesn't have effect - it's still greyed out. Here's screenshot:

Check if the site is not on the exception list.

@leocg I removed it from exceptions, but the ad creeps in again!
