Cant connect to internet

All a sudden opera wont connect. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. Deleted directories. Still no connection. Opera Neon works edge and firefox. I like how opera works and the first screen. But now it just wont connect. Any thoughts. I did try changing vpn settings but still no go. Tried a reset and restore deleted all and started over. None of it worked. All other browsers work. Is there a way to delete it out of registry..???

I would like to delete all the info related to opera out of the registry to see if that fixes the (No internet) issue.
