Additional window in Opera

From time to time when I open a new insert an additional window with "Opera - just about computers" opens aside. I close it of course but the fact that this is out of my control makes me nervous. Or do I miss something in the settings?

If it's happening when you open Opera, check in settings if you didn't add that page to loaded on start by chance.

If it's not the case, I would check the computer for malware.
