How to STOP sync?!

Hey! So.. I wanted to use Opera for school-related stuff, and Chrome for private-use for a while, and maybe switch completely over to Opera if I'm more pleased with it this time.
However, when I now install Opera, all my bookmarks and everything are synced into Opera (I haven't had it on this computer before).
How do i stop that from happening, so Opera will be like a clean, new browser?

When you launch the Opera installer, click "options", There's an option to import bookmarks from your default browser that you can uncheck. It's only done once at installation anyway, so you can just delete them as said.
