OPERA LIVE VIDEO SLOWER THAN CHROME

I have Version:56.0.3051.52 and using windows 7. Any live video stream using Opera is about 7 seconds behind Chrome. Today I am using 2 websites, twinspires.com and gulfstreampark.com watching live video stream. Both browsers are up to date with no add ons and no ad blockers. these live streams are flash videos. thanks
