live video lagging

Chrome and Opea using the same website with live video. opera is lagging about 5 seconds slower than chrome on the live video .. Anybody know why?

@leocg I have Version:56.0.3051.52 and using windows 7. Any live video stream using Opera is about 7 seconds behind Chrome. Today I am using 2 websites, twinspires.com and gulfstreampark.com watching live video stream. Both browsers are up to date with no add ons and no ad blockers. these live streams are flash videos. thanks

@leocg Believe me I am not trying to be rude at all, but everytime I have a problem and ask these forums its always the same story. you guys want my whole life history and then crisize this and that you dont explain this and that and dont use capitals etc etc. and you never ever solve my problem. It baffles me how you guys get your title, because you dont know anymore than I do. hahaha thats the truth. I asked a simple question If you are sharp and know this stuff you should be able to answer right away.
