Streaming doesn't work anymore

I have a problem in general, opera won't play any video online except for low qualities of video in youtube. If i download a video and open it in opera it's the same thing, the video won't start, it would only say "video format is not supported"
Actually the problem is not only of Opera, it's the same problem if i use other browser.

So the problem seems to be in your system. What OS do you have?

I bet XP too...

Downloaded and installed the very last version of a browser evermore to be compatible with XP. And it's not Opera, and I had some trouble yesterday with the latter.
