Just got Opera because google chrome keeps blocking flash. I just got this new flash thing I need and it's still blocked. I went and installed flash using the opera browser which I figure would install the latest one? I don't know. I've put the website under the allow section and it still wont run. It gives me the option to "Run plug-in this time" but it still doesn't run. Any tips on getting this fixed?

Make sure you're not using Opera Sync for one.
Make sure you visit https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ in Opera so that you're downloading and installing the right version of Flash for Opera.
Then, goto the URL
opera://settings/content/flash
and make sure "Allow sites to run Flash" is enabled. Then, either makes sure "Ask first" is enabled and add the site to the allow list or disable "Ask first" to allow for all sites. Also, set
opera://flags/#enable-ephemeral-flash-permission
to disabled.Then try things again.
If that doesn't work, try this extension.
If that doesn't work, you can also install this extension.
If that doesn't work, download the Opera install, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation" and install. Try all those things in that Opera to see if it helps.
Opera and Chrome use the same internals, so if you can get it to work in Opera, it should work in Chrome too (and vice versa).
If nothing works, use Firefox.

See https://www.chromium.org/flash-roadmap
Try disabling Flash in settings and enable only for the sites you need.
