Need to update Adobe Flash Player without administrator authority

Why in Opera there is no opportunity to update Adobe Flash Player without administrator authority like it is in Chrome? For me this is the main flaw in this great browser. Fix it please.

Opera uses the Flash that is installed on your computer, while chrome has its own Flash plug-in.

So you need to contact Adobe and ask them to allow Flash to be updated by regular users. Or maybe Microsoft, don't know.
