I’ve tried searching it on the App Store but it doesn’t show up, I even tried searching up the developer (Opera Software AS), and still doesn’t show. I clicked on the link you sent and it went to the App Store, but it said can’t connect. And obviously I’ve checked my internet and all that, but still won’t show.

Maybe some geographic restriction?

Possibly, because I clicked on the second link you pasted and the same thing happened!

I'm having the same issue. Has there been any progress on resolving this? When I tried Googling it and installing it from the Google result, the App Store says that it's not available in my country/region; when I try the links from @leocg, same thing. Is Mini no longer supported in the US?

As of November 21, 2018, whenever I click the link on the opera mobile, iOS apps page, it says this (United States Store).

Opera Mini is not available in the ios store. Therefore iPhone users cannot use it. Apparently it’s been like this for over a month and nothing has been done. Are there any plans for the millions of iPhone users that could be using this browser or is Opera okay with letting all those potential people be blocked to this application?

I read the blog post that mini for windows phone was done. Now I see that it's "not currently available in the US" on the apple app store. Is it done also?

Opera Mini disapeared from Japanese App Store, too! So, I asked to Opera official Twitter. Opera Staff said " Opera Touch is our new browser for iOS and we have decided to focus on it for most markets. In some markets we still offer Opera Mini for iOS."
Opera official acount's tweet↓↓
https://twitter.com/opera/status/1084736938312110080I think this stopping to offer may means that Opera Mini for iOS will be finished to develop nearly future.
Incidentally, If you had experience installing Opera Mini over one time, You can download from App Store app [Account >Purchased] in the case of not exist Opera Mini in your countries App Store. I wrote this way in my blog.

Has anyone seen any updates about Opera Mini on iOS?
Why Open the Web?
Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content. -

@chas4 No sorry, I heard it’s only available in certain countries now, it’s not available in the United States and probably a few other countries as well.

@jedispartan117 Hmm strange as looks like it has a crashing bug with iOS 13.x now (crash opening a new tab or refreshing a page sometimes). iOS already has sent about 4 crash reports.
I have not seen any anoucement from Opera also. Why Open the Web?

@chas4 In the United States store, I searched Opera Software AS, and when I went to the developer page it only showed two apps (Opera News and Opera Touch). So I guess that maybe in certain countries or areas, Opera Mini has been discontinued unfortunately.

Never replied here before. But have something that may help.
I downloaded opera mini in 2015 on an old phone (irrelevant), and if you go to the App Store, your account (profile), and then purchased apps. You can scroll to opera mini if it was downloaded ever before.
As to answer the question of “why is opera mini no longer on the App Store?”
It’s because opera mini can play YouTube in the background without the purchase or YouTube red. Apple gave every web developer the choice to either remove the feature or be booted from the store. Opera chose to instead make the new “opera touch” app, and left “opera mini” in the countries they were aloud to.If you were to go to App Store > account> country/region.
You could change your region to whatever region still has it listed on their App Store. As to of a list of what countries still have it, I do not know.
Best of luck everyone.
