Folders in speed dial

Can you set up folders in speed dial. there are many items I want at hand but not up front. It would be nice to be able to put stuff in folders by topic? Also can you set it so when you click on something on the speed dial it opens in a new window or browser tab?

You can create folders on Speed Dial, just drop on entry into another to create a folder with the two. Then you can drop how many entries you want into that folder.

If you mean the one at start page, then it can't be changed.
