Lazy frame loading but how about #enable-lazy-image-loading ?

#lazy-frame-loading ://flag is present in Opera - but #enable-lazy-image-loading is a no-show.
Would be great for multimedia heavy sites like Twitter, Tumblr, FB, YouTube...
