Youtube video lagging

Hi everyone,
I have purchased new notebook (dell latitude) and install my fav browser Opera..But when I want to play YT video it starts skipping some frame. (no matter if it is HD or FHD..) On Microsoft edge its Ok..i donť know what to do. Already tried HW acceleration turn on/off

Check also if disabling/enabling hardware acceleration helps;
