Full screen mode makes the window bigger

Every time I enter full screen mode the window gets a bit bigger if it's snapped to the side.
v56.0.3051.36 stable

Doesn't seem to be happening here.

Try also updating your graphics card driver.

Snap the window to the side of the screen
Looks fine:
Enter and exit full screen mode by pressing F11.
After entering full screen for 3 times it looks like that:
Opera is overlapping other window and the close button is halfway outside of the screen.
I tested that on fresh portable install.It doesn't look like graphics driver problem to me, but I will try switching to integrated intel graphics if no one can reproduce this.
