i formated my PC. i needed to recover bookmark bar and extensions so that i can navigate and work more easily, can it be possible to

You can restore bookmarks from Sync if you had it enabled. Extensions you can only restore from a backup.

@leocg I also reinstalled Windows. How do I restore the Express panel? Previously, this was done automatically during authorization? Now this has not happened.

The same way as before, you copy them from 'other speed dials' in bookmarks page.
