I decided to reinstall my Windows 7 x64 Professional. The computer was installed Opera 53, plug-ins Adobe Flash Player 31. All the graphs on tradingview.com were downloaded quickly, the work was comfortable, without lags ... After the Windows 7 x64 Professional was reinstalled, none of the charts on tradingview.com loads (writes no data). I decided that the problems in the animation. In search of a solution to the problem, the same drivers were installed in the system, as before, there were installed 3 types of plug-ins Adobe Flash Player 31 (ActiveX, NPAPI, PPAPI), QuickTime, Adobe Shockwave Player 12.3, the antivirus program was not installed, installed all updates from Windows Update, disconnected the Windows Firewall, in Opera extensions I installed extensions for HTML5 (HTML5 Editor) others did not find, in the settings Opera turned on Flash, Javascript, disabled ad blocking ... But all this did not lead to success, graphics are not displayed.
I downloaded the Google Chrome browser from the official site and installed all possible extensions for animation and HTML5, but this browser also did not open, I decided that it was not the browsers.
But lastly I decided to put the Mozilla Firefox browser, downloaded from the official site and Mozilla opened the charts and displayed! Therefore, the problem is still in browsers. I ask to help you understand the problem, because I do not want to use other browsers, except Opera. I can attach screenshots. Thank you in advance!

        It opens fine here.

Since both Opera and Chromium are based on Chromium, it may be a Chromium issue related to Windows 7.

Try checking if there isn't something blocking the chart.
