So I'm from the UK and recently every time I try log into a Russian website i get told it's not available in my country. Even with or without the Turbo button or VPN set to Asia I'm still getting the same message.
Anyone got any ideas of what to do please?

It seems that you need a VPN/Proxy that gives you a Russian IP.

Am I able to do this with Opera?
Last week I was downloading music from the site no problem, now I just get the title message.
goldbergforcouncil.com is the web address I'm trying to access.
Any tips / info you can help me with would be gratefully recieved.

I'd suggest a VPN like the ibVPN extension for Opera. I know Opera has a built in VPN but ibVPN is very fast and hardly effects transfer speeds at all. It does cost about $10 a month but well worth it, imo.

If I go to someplace like India and get a rejection page, I just click the ibVPN extension, select India in the country server list and refresh the page. I'm in. Easiest and quickest VPN I'm ever used.
