blocking cookies function removed

Just a few days ago I could go into opera settings and block/unblock all cookies when I wanted but now , 9-22-2018 , that function has completely disappeared . I flush my whole history frequently but I also use the block everything feature as well every once in a great while. Has that ability been removed? or is it been'moved' to a different place ? Im not all that tech savvy and would appreciate any help .

Open the settings page, type 'cookies' on its search field, find where to change cookies settings and block some of them.
