Opera Forcing HTTPS

I am attempting to access a website which does not have SSL setup, in fact accessing it via SSL provides an error making accessing the site impossible.
I will try www.somesite.com
it will show me the errorIf I copy and paste the URL into a different box it pastes as
https://www.somesite.comTypically with chrome if I click on the address bar it will show me any hidden parameters such as HTTPS but opera is not only completely hiding this but it's also making it impossible to change.
I have tried somesite.com, https://somesite.com (then tried removing HTTPS afterwards) etc
Nothing has worked! I've trawled through the advanced settings pages also for a Force HTTPs option or something similar and cannot find it.
What is causing opera to redirect every site I visit to https://*?
Thanks

@leocg ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I'm not sure? I checked the HSTS flag option with opera but not sure what to look for. Tried querying the domain in question but didnt find anything.

What flags is that? I'm not finding it.
See opera://net-internals/#hsts and also https://www.chromium.org/hsts
What is the domain?
