Paste the contents of the backuped profile into the new one.
If you are using s new computer or have reinstalled your OS, you will not be able to use your saved passwords.

Where do I go to find the profiles so I can paste it?

@leocg I'm sorry, I'm having a bit of trouble finding the file that I'm stupposed to paste into. I went to C:\Users\tAppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable, which is where my profile is supposed to be, but I'm not seeing it. Which file am I supposed to paste into exactly?

That folder/directory is your Opera profile. You should paste all the content of the old one into the new one.

I'm still confused. Here are the Opera folders I have on my external HDD: 0_1538010034697_opera.png

And here is the folder on my SSD where Opera is currently saved: 0_1538010060257_opera2.png

Are you telling me to copy one of the Opera Stable files from my external HDD to this Opera Stable folder? Will that overwrite what is currently in the new folder? Because I have extensions and stuff installed in the new Opera, and I would like to revert everything back to the way it was with the files on my external HDD. I assume I have to delete the current Opera profile files to be able to use the old ones, correct?

Yes, you should do that to get your old profile and settings back. And yes, you will lost your current data.

Depending on what you want to recover, you can try pasting just a few files.

In help page there is a section about backup that may be useful.

@leocg So I pasted "Opera Stable" from my external HDD into the new folder, and nothing happened. These are all the files in my original Opera Stable folder: 0_1538378839066_opera3.png
Do I not have the right files?

@leocg so I probably can't get those back, then. Alright. Thanks for trying to help though.
