I have a little problem with opera wich is just a bit annoying. As said in title every time I open the browser it asks me if I want it as a default browser. I always click "Yes", but the problem remains. Is there a way to get rid of that prompt with opera still being my default browser?

You need to find out what is preventing Opera to set it self as the default browser.

Does it work if you set directly from Windows settings?

          If needed:

          Delete "C:\Program Files\Opera".

Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to "C:\Program Files\Opera", set "install for" to "All users", check "make Opera default", adjust other options and install.

Then, go into Windows settings and make Opera the default browser and also manually associate it with all the types you want.

You could launch a command prompt and run:

            "C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe" --makedefaultbrowser

If that doesn't work, you can right-click the command prompt shortcut, run it as administrator and then do the same command.
