How to turn off auto video pop ups?

How can I turn off video pop ups from happening when I scroll down a page with a video. They drive me crazy! I have several sites that have videos on almost every page and I get these pop ups on every page I go to. They are as bad as unwanted ads. I hate them.

Asking those sites to stop doing it? Or maybe try to find some extension to avoid it?

They annoy me too. Perhaps a new setting is needed in Opera?...

People should complain to those sites so they can change their behavior.
