Globo.com still impossible to load/open

Hello,
many months ago I came here to point out that the website globo.com and some other brazilian websites were not being loaded in opera. I was told that opera knew about this issue and was working on it. After a while it started working erratically, sometimes it would load, sometimes it would not.
Now, however, it is back to not working at all, no matter what. Even with VPN it doesn't load globo.com. Does anyone know why this is? At one point I got a message about an improper certificate, but even upon choosing to continue I could not load the page. Now it just will not load. I am in sweden and know it is not a country blockage of any kind.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
