force to play videos in opera immediately instead of on-tab-focus

Please help me on how to configure this opera browser to force play all the videos in each open tab instead of on-tab-focus?
for example I open 5 tabs on opera browser, the only video that will play is the last tab or the on-focus-tab, while the videos in other is not playing.. Please help me. -

There's a flag that you can try to change and see if it helps.

opera://flags/#autoplay-policy. However, I'm not sure if it'll allow videos to autoplay in tabs that haven't been focused yet (like if you opened a link with a video in a background tab). You can try though. -

hi sir, I tried both the "No user gesture is required" and "User gesture is allowed for origin cross" and the "Document user activation is required", restart the browser but still the videos not autoplaying only the on tab focus is playing
