403 forbidden for the entire browser

I was downloading a few videos, one of them said "403 forbidden" immediately after trying to download and when I clicked the "restart download" button, the browser went black. I've tried restarting the browser, but the page is white. Could this have been my mistake? is it possible to fix it?
