Opera 55.0 / Windows 7x64

I'm migrating my files from one Win7 system to another due to an imminent hard disk failure (the old system still boots up, but who knows for how long). I've tried to move my Opera data, first by copying all AppData/Local and AppData/Roaming files, then by synchronization. So far, I've successfully transferred all tabs and passwords and bookmarks --essentially all but the cookies. For some reason they just don't work.

Is there a way to export all my cookies at once so that new install of Opera would recognize them? I've head of EditThisCookie addon but it requires to open each site and export separately, after three years worth of browsing it is simply not a solution.

The sites are probably seeing that you are on a different system, considering you a new visitor and setting new cookies.
