First pixel line not clickable when maximized

Hi everyone,
I'm a new user of Opera Bowser and I love it, but there's an annoying bug(?) that prevent my experience to be perfect. Basically, on my Windows PC, when Opera is maximized, the first horizontal line of pixels seems to not work. It looks like components of the GUI are placed exactly 1px below the beginning of the screen. This is annoying because if I move the mouse to the top i can't click tabs or the close button, I always have to move down the mouse of 1px.
I think this problem is caused by my HiDPI settings. Having a 4K display i set Windows scaling to 200%.
It is possible to fix this?
Thank you,

If you mean "disable space above tabs", it's already enabled!
The problem I described is different! It's just a line of pixel that does not work, even in the close button!
