Speed dial zoom / icon size

Hi, i have always used very small icons on my speed dial, since the new update, the icons are too big, if i make the icons smaller via page zoom it affects all the other websites i visit, and changes the zoom in them also.

How can i change the icon size to a 70 % zoom without changing the zoom on other sites?
