Opera has a built-in ad blocker, so you can not use it in different browsers.

If you load Opera with the
--show-component-extension-options
command-line option, gotoopera://extensions
and enable the Adblocker extension, you'll see an additional extension named Stormcrow. This means that the adblocker is an extension. But, it's internal and private. Even if you had a package, I'm not sure it'd run in Chrome. It might rely on modifications that Opera makes to its Chromium source. What's wrong with uBlock Origin for example? Example pages where it doesn't do the job?
