Opera can't see saved passwords after win domain migration

My windows account has been migrated from one domain to another. Opera doesn't remember my saved passwords despite they are all saved in Login Data file. How can I tell opera using this password database?
My profile location remains unchanged. My login ID is the same, only domain has changed.
C:\Users\my_id\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
I tried to rename the folder, recreate new profile and copy Login Data file, but didn't help.
Everything else is working.

Your saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login info. If it somehow changed, you will not be able to use your passwords because it can't be decrypted and also because Opera blocks it thinking that someone else is trying to access the data.
Were (password) sync enabled? If so then you may be able to recover your passwords.
